Toronto, Canada OTT Pay Inc Full time

OTT Pay is seeking a world-class Vice President with comprehensive responsibilities for the entire operations ensuring smooth operations, improving processes, and driving growth. Report directly to the CEO and the Board of Directors.

**Duties**:
The Vice President-Operations will have the following responsibilities:

- Developing, implementing, and managing operational strategy inline with the company’s goals and objectives;
- Presenting operational strategy recommendations to the CEO and the Board of Directors based on forecasted operational needs and growth;
- Establishing and implementing financial and administrative control policies;
- Allocating material, human and financial resources for operational best practices and procedures;
- Overseeing daily operations and making adjustments as necessary;
- Working with department managers to discuss and resolve operational issues;
- Supervising preparation of regular reports for CEO and the Board of Directors;
- Ensuring all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements;
- Representation of the company in negotiations or other official functions.

**Qualifications required**:

- Five or more years of commensurate leadership experience in fintech sector
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Performance-driven, positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $196,000.00 per year
