Salesforce QA Lead

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead / Manager to transform and elevate our quality assurance function at Maximum Software Services (MSS). In this role, you will lead a team of testers, enhance QA standards, and drive the adoption of automation and modern testing practices for Salesforce projects. You will be the cornerstone of our testing strategy, ensuring all releases meet quality KPIs while mentoring the QA team to build scalable and efficient processes.
What You’ll Do
- Assess and optimize QA processes to reduce inefficiencies and manual work.
- Establish best practices, templates, and standards for QA deliverables and workflows.
- Lead the development of automated regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Mentor and coach the QA team to elevate skills in automation and process improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to integrate QA early in delivery.
- Track and report QA metrics (test coverage, defect rates, release health) to leadership.
- Act as the escalation point for critical defects and testing issues, driving timely resolutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading and scaling QA processes in Salesforce environments (Service Cloud and platform testing).
- Strong understanding of test automation strategies and QA process improvements.
- Ability to lead a QA team while actively contributing to hands-on testing when needed.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); French is an asset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Resides in Canada and authorized to work without sponsorship.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering high-quality, on-time results.
- Proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges and addresses them early.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset, willing to mentor and support others.

Salary dependent on experience.
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
