**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kanata. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience that aligns with our values of quality and affordability.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales to provide informed recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Promote upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
