**Responsibilities**:
As a member of an experienced in-field technical team, you will be responsible to identify, troubleshoot and correct service problems in the coax plant for both forward and return paths. Troubleshooting includes any faults found from the mainline through to the customer’s premises, which would impair the operation of Eastlink’s services (Digital Cable, Internet and Telephone). Committed to maintaining our outside plant network in a timely and effective way, you will work towards the ultimate goal of providing the superior services that Eastlink is known for. Eastlink provides in-house technical and safety training as well as training on specific services and duties that will increase with experience to ensure you have the skills to succeed.
**Qualifications**:
**You also have the ability to do the following**:
- Work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, holidays and emergency situations
- Manually lift, push and pull up to 90 lbs.
- Work in inclement weather conditions (including snow, rain & cold)
- Kneel, crouch and work above shoulders on occasion
- Work safely aloft from a ladder, pole gaffs, or bucket truck near energized equipment and/or power lines
