We are looking for a Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager for a mid sized Public Accounting Firm located in North York.

**Duties**:

- Manage the allocation of compilation and tax files to the junior staff
- Review engagement file preparation
- Manage 4 -10 junior staff for file preparation including training, guiding, mentoring and
fielding questions
- Client facing as it relates to maintaining relationship, quotes etc.
- Oversight of corporate and personal tax preparation of the junior staff

**Requirements**:

- CPA enrolled or designated (Canada)
- Caseware/view
- Taxprep or Profile
- Strong communication skills
- Previous supervision skills

You must have current or relatively recent Public Accounting Firm experience.
