**Become a Swede Sales Advisor and Shape the Future of Kitchen Renovation**

At Swede, we’re on a mission to make dream kitchens easier to achieve. We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven **Local Sales Advisor** to join our team and play a key role in transforming how clients begin their renovation journey. As the first point of contact for interested leads, you will help shape each client’s experience with Swede—guiding them from their initial inquiry to connecting them with their dedicated designer.

This role offers a **hybrid work schedule**. While much of your work can be completed remotely, you will be required to work **a few days per week** at our office for training, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship

**About the Role**

As a Swede Sales Advisor, you will be on the front line of the Swede experience. Your primary responsibility is to connect with incoming leads, qualify them, and guide them toward placing their first deposit before transitioning them to their assigned designer. You’ll become an expert in Swede’s process, an enthusiastic ambassador of our brand, and a trusted advisor to clients at the very beginning of their kitchen transformation.

**What You'll Do**
- **Secure Discovery Calls**: Engage with all incoming leads to schedule and conduct initial discovery calls.
- **Qualify and Educate**: Assess project needs and scope while clearly communicating Swede’s process, value, and what clients can expect.
- **Set Clear Expectations**: Ensure clients receive accurate and transparent information from the start.
- **Manage the Handoff**: Guide clients through their early journey, then seamlessly transition them to their dedicated designer

Pay: $35,500.00-$120,000.00 per year
