**Job Summary**: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Stone Installer to join our team. The Lead Stone Installer will be responsible for overseeing and executing the precise installation of various stone materials, including quartz, natural stones and porcelain products. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in stone installation techniques, and a commitment to quality and safety on every project. The Lead Installer will lead a small team, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of stone installers, providing guidance and support on job sites.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Cut, shape, and polish stone materials using hand and power tools according to project specifications.
- Install stone pieces accurately and securely, ensuring proper alignment, spacing, and finish.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the installation process.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and address any deficiencies.
- Manage material inventory and report needs to the project manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in construction or stone installation.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team or overseeing projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of different types of stone and appropriate installation methods for each.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in stone cutting, shaping, and installation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
