**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon area and on all tools and equipment.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on hair care and styling options.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and boost salon revenue.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and attentive service.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to provide innovative services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques, products, and tools.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices in a salon environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, as it relates to upselling products.

**Missions**
- Offrir une gamme de services capillaires incluant la coupe, la coloration et le coiffage en fonction des besoins des clients.
- Maintenir des normes élevées de propreté et d’hygiène dans le salon ainsi que sur tous les outils et équipements.
- Échanger avec les clients pour comprendre leurs préférences et leur proposer des conseils professionnels sur les soins capillaires et les options de coiffure.
- Promouvoir les produits et services afin d'améliorer l’expérience client et d’augmenter le chiffre d'affaires du salon.
- Participer aux opérations d’accueil, y compris la prise de rendez-vous, la gestion des dossiers clients et l'encaissement.
- Développer des relations solides avec les clients grâce à d’excellentes compétences en communication et à un service attentif.
- Se tenir informé(e) des dernières tendances et techniques en matière de coiffure pour proposer des prestations innovantes.

**Exigences**
- Une expérience avérée en tant que coiffeur(se) ou dans un poste similaire est souhaitée.
- Solides compétences en service client avec la capacité de créer une expérience positive pour les clients.
- Connaissance des techniques, produits et outils de coiffure.
- Maîtrise des pratiques d’hygiène dans un environnement de salon.
- Excellentes compétences en communication pour interagir efficacement avec les clients et les membres de l’équipe.
- Une expérience dans la vente au détail est un plus, notamment pour la vente de produits.
- Un diplôme ou une licence de cosmétologie valide est requis.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
