**GENERAL DUTIES**:
**Implement the setup and training for North Star’s New Windows Based MRP and Purchasing System (Cantor)**
**Job Requirements - Work with the Cantor Implementation Team to facilitate the Following**:
- Acquire the knowledge of how the current materials and purchasing system works
- Review capabilities of Cantor and compare against our current system to identify any short falls.
- Enter purchasing and MRP setup data in Cantor in support of the implementation team
- Train and support the purchasing and materials team in the use of the Cantor System
- Work to the timeline for Cantor implementation
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Post-secondary degree in material management / purchasing
- Holds CSCP or CPIM certification
- 5 years’ experience in purchasing / materials management preferably in the construction manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of project management tools
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Working knowledge Microsoft Office skills
- Strong presentation skills
