**Your tasks at a glance**
- You present treatment options to prospective patients.
- You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
- You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely and in a timely manner.
- You help meet patients' needs by consulting, reassuring and scheduling follow-ups, across different regions.

**A clear view of your assets**
- You have excellent communication skills, you speak English _et français également._
- You have a broad background in customer service, in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, etc.
- You have a desire to succeed: being highly motivated, results driven and familiar with client follow-up techniques.
- You are organized, self-disciplined, have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- You are flexible to work various schedules, with some occasional evenings and weekends.
