In this role, you will be responsible to assist in the construction and assembly of trusses used in building projects. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Truss Assembly and Construction: Accurately assemble trusses as per specifications and blueprints.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all trusses meet quality standards and are constructed according to safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate machinery and tools necessary for truss building, including saws, presses, and other equipment.
- Material Handling: Load and unload materials, and organize them for efficient assembly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with truss assembly or machinery.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in truss building or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of carpentry, construction, or woodworking.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for prolonged periods.
