**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Associates to join our team during the busy retail season. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries
- Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling and promoting products to enhance customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to customers
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for cash handling and processing transactions
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote sales
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing product displays
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when necessary

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing are required
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment
