**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales by creating a personalized and memorable experience for each customer.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Experience**
- Engage customers through authentic conversations, ensuring everyone feels welcomed, heard, and valued.
- Support the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and offering product recommendations.
- Use technology to provide seamless service, including completing transactions, finding sizes/colors, and placing orders for out-of-stock items.

**Teamwork & Communication**
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, offering support when needed and actively helping others.
- Share product knowledge, current trends, and styling tips to inspire customers.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by participating in store initiatives.
- Provide feedback on both the customer and employee experience to Store Management.

**Visual & Operational Support**
- Understand the impact of your role on sales and service during each shift.
- Assist with the shipment process to stay informed on new and restocked products, maintaining stock levels on the floor.
- Ensure Luci’s visual and operational standards are upheld while prioritizing customer experience, staying current on merchandising updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service experience, particularly in women’s retail, is a plus.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media.
- Strong command of the English language.

**Compensation**:
Pay range: CAD $18.00 - CAD $20.00

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
