**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' fitness levels and goals.
- Develop customized workout plans tailored to each client's goals, needs and preferences.
- Provide one-on-one training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique during exercises.
- Educate clients on fitness principles, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to ensure continued growth and improvement.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates clients to reach their goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized training space, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding scheduling, program updates, and feedback.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or in a similar role within the fitness industry (1-year preferred)
- Academic background in kinesiology, exercise physiology or human kinetics is an asset.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build genuine connections with clients.
- Excellent leadership qualities that inspire and motivate others.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple clients and schedules efficiently.
- Proficient communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus.
- Ability to educate clients on fitness concepts clearly and effectively.
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization is preferred but not mandatory.
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.

Pay: $17.20-$120.00 per hour
