**Position Summary**:
The Supply Group Administrator is responsible for overseeing the flow of materials and resources within McAsphalt, and ensuring efficient sourcing, purchasing, and distribution of goods and services.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create/update P.O.’s for our US vendors and orders outside of MCA logistics.
- Create/update sales and purchase agreements.
- Follow up with vendors on orders.
- Follow up with freight carriers and obtain rates.
- Create/update freights tables (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Review/approve/deny vendor invoices.
- Ensure accuracy of weekly supply report.
- Prepare/update various daily/weekly reports.

**Required Qualifications**:

- A college diploma, or university degree in business administration, supply chain management, or another related field.
- High attention to detail.
- Analytical.
