**Job Overview**

This is For Our Sister store Olive & Kay located in Shediac, NB

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts as required.
- Foster a welcoming environment by being bilingual or multilingual, catering to diverse customer needs.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
