As an Associate Wealth Management Advisor you enjoy building long-term relationships with the client and have an entrepreneurial spirit. You accompany the client in all his life events to achieve his financial goals and dreams.

Your job
- Accompany and manage your customer portfolio carefully
- Offer your customers the best solutions on the market to achieve their financial goal
- Collaborate with several specialists from different sectors of the bank to meet all the needs of your customers
- Build strong relationships with a range of experts to guide you
- Having access to the technology you need to be effective

On a daily basis, in Drummondville, you work with 3 Wealth Management Advisors, 1 Senior Wealth Management Analyst and 2 assistants. You report to the Regional Director. Together, we have the challenge of attracting new customers and building a lasting relationship of trust with them and their families. We aim to offer you maximum flexibility in your work to promote your quality of life. This includes hybrid office and remote working, flexible working time to reconcile work and personal life, and flexible leave at times that matter.

Skills required
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the position, such as finance or business administration and at least two years of experience in the securities industry OR a combination of relevant training and experience in relationship development
- Securities Course (CSC - or to be completed during hiring)
- Standards of Conduct (IMC- or to be completed during hiring) course
- Propensity to offer fast and efficient service to the relevant clientele in a professional manner
- Excellent ability to maintain business relationships remotely (videoconferencing)

Desired skills
- Financial planner or other accreditation related to the field, desirable
