Game Economist

Are you a self-motivated individual with a passion for game theory and economics? Do you enjoy pushing the envelope and thinking outside of the box? If so, Gaggle Studios is seeking a talented Game Economist to join our team.

As a Game Economist, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing in-game economies to ensure a balanced and engaging experience for players. You will work closely with game designers, data analysts, and developers to develop and implement systems that drive player engagement and revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of in-game economies and player behavior to identify areas for optimization
- Develop and implement systems to improve player engagement and monetization
- Work with game designers and developers to ensure that game mechanics and economies are well-balanced and fun for players
- Monitor and analyze game data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with data analysts and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive player acquisition and retention

**Requirements**:

- Educational background in analytics, mathematics, economics preferred
- 3+ years of experience working on shipped titles in a game economist or similar role
- Background in game theory and/or economics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
