**What will your responsibility as a Collection Agent?**
- Responsible for collecting payments on a weekly basis according to the customer portfolio;
- Allow/unlock pending orders due to insufficient credit limit.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and account credits, if necessary;
- Update customer files (address changes, telephone, etc.);
- Participate in the opening of new customer accounts;
- Answer incoming customer calls (need for a copy of invoice, explanation of account, payment by credit card);
**What is the profile we are looking for?**
- Have relevant experience in collecting,
- Be perfectly bilingual French and English (both orally and in writing);
- High customer service skills;
- Comfort with computers (Microsoft Office);
- Distinguished sense for negotiation;
