**About the Role**:
We’re looking for individuals with a passion for a clean space. We work to serve our clients and communities by providing an essential service - keeping clients and communities safe & clean. If you understand the importance of Health & Safety, sanitation and cleanliness, we want to hear from you.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Cleaning building common areas, hallways, lobbies, bathrooms, elevators, etc
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming
- Sanitation of all touch points to ensure the health and safety of community and staff
- Collect and dispose of trash in garbage containers on a regular basis
- Spot cleaning walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches and window sills
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, crouch and light physical activity will be required
- Must be physically able to lift 25-30 lbs.

**Requirement**:

- Strong communication skills
- Experience is an asset
- Able to work effectively without supervision
- Be eligible to obtain applicable security clearance(s)
- Knowledge of WHMIS is not required, but considered an asset
