The position is for our KOODO location in Sherwood Park Mall. We are looking for either full time or part-time.

**Responsibilities**

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Providing outstanding client experience to all instore, outbound, and/or virtual clients.
- Selling and promotion of TELUS/KOODO products and services.
- Determining needs of our business and consumer clients, and matching TELUS/KOODO products and services to meet those needs.
- Ensuring our clients receive exceptional in store and after sales service by helping clients get the most from their device, accessories and services.
- Store merchandising and operational tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Commitment to client satisfaction
- Ability to work alone or with a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for telecommunication industry and passion for growth
- Understanding of marketing and sales practices is an asset
- Telecom industry sales experience is preferable.

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 - 40 per week

Supplemental pay types:
