Thanks to your leadership, influencing and strong social skills, and service mindset, you will build relationships with our clients and contribute to the achievement of Group Savings & Retirement service team.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Act as a dedicated resource for English and French-speaking customers in Canada by establishing, developing and managing valuable relationships with them.
- Provide in-depth training on our products, tools and services to English
- and French-speaking customers across Canada
- Understand customer needs and identify satisfactory solutions while respecting iA Financial Group's capabilities and service standards
- Respond and acknowledge requests within prescribed timeframes
- Proactively communicate with and inform customers about our products and services, as well as any changes, legislative or otherwise, that affect the pension plan.
- Contribute to the team's success by participating in internal meetings and workshops, sharing your experience, knowledge and advice.
**What we are looking for**:
- University degree (B.A. ) and a minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services, financial planning or customer service-In-depth knowledge and experience of pension plans, and solid technical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to convince and plan (written and oral skills)
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent organizational skills, autonomy and team spirit
- Excellent judgment and ability to influence and negotiate, focus on business development.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint
- Course in Canadian securities trading OR mutual fund license OR Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation OR life insurance license, an asset
- Bilingualism in French (both written and spoken) would be an asset
- Available to travel as needed to meet with clients (personal vehicle and driver's license required).

**Compensation**
- The_ typical hiring base salary range for this position is from $70,000 and $90,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on skills, job-related knowledge, experience, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus._
