**Location: SJ Health Centre**
**Shifts: Days/Nights including weekends**
**Rate of Pay: $34.86 - $35.30** per hour**
**Positions Available: 4 Positions**

**Qualifications**:

- Currently registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Scope of Practice must include physical assessment and pharmacology
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid Certificates
- Experience working with people with a serious mental illness and an intellectual disability and/or concurrent addiction issues
- Extensive knowledge, skills and experience in community assessment, psychosocial rehabilitation and treatment, crisis management and recovery
- Mental health experience required. Knowledge of psychiatric illnesses/diagnosis, treatment, PSR/recovery
- Level 1 Food Safety Course
- Excellent skills in reasoning, problem-solving, decision making and workload organization
- Excellent communication (verbal, non-verbal, written) and interpersonal skills
- Valid Class G Ontario driver’s licence
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work and adherence to SJCG Principles of Conduct

**CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT**
This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
