The Service Technician reports directly to the Service/Warehouse/Shipping Manager at Toro Aluminum.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Travel to various job sites on a daily basis
- Perform service work on window wall installations and troubleshoot to fix problems which occur after the installation
- Perform some installation of windows and window components
- Install and replace screens
- Perform work on high rise condominiums
- Communicate with various stakeholders
- Perform other duties as required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma.
- Experience in the construction industry is required. Window experience is considered an asset.
- Experience using various power tools.
- Experience and ability to work at heights.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Swing stage and suspended access certification is an asset.
- The ability to work without supervision and communicate effectively with coworkers and the client are important factors of the job.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.45-$32.85 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- British Columbia: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- automotive technician: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
- Journeyman (preferred)
