**Purpose of an Outside Sales Representative**:
The Sales Representative will service multiple dealers across Eastern Canada. You must be able to commute and **travel daily within the Golden Horseshoe in Ontario.** The position involves building a book of business, managing a set region, and encouraging the adoption and usage of our programs within the current and future dealers in the designated area.

- Dealer Engagement, you offer an exceptional client experience by providing support and providing the best client experience and connecting on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful.
- Problem Solving, listen, ask questions and lead with empathy by putting yourself in the dealer's shoes to efficiently resolve issues.

- Product Knowledge, deeply understand the products offered by Northlake Financial, and proactively recommend products that will help achieve their financial goals.

**Requirements**of an Outside Sales Representative**:

- **MUST be located within the**Golden Horseshoe in Ontario**:

- 3-5 years of related sales experience
- Experience selling in indirect automotive or consumer lending, financial services is an asset
- Post-Secondary education in Business or Commerce is an asset
- Valid Driver's license and ability to travel within the specified territory on a regular basis
- Dexterous in using productivity tools and end-user software including MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal
- Successful track record of growing sales and ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
