**About Us**
Fuwa Fuwa is Toronto’s best spot for fluffy Japanese **soufflé pancakes**. We believe in creating desserts that bring happiness, these are made light, airy, and with care. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for part-time team members who share our passion for great food and warm hospitality.

**Team Member Job Requirements**
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Welcome and connect with every customer.
- Preparing and plating pancakes according to established standards
- Preparing drink cold & hot drink items according to established standards
- Respond to customer needs and say thank you to every customer.
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Cleaning all utensils, kitchen and working tables as needed
- Maintain quality store operations.
- Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.
- Follow standards for stocking, rotating and storing products.
- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the daily checklists and cleaning standards.
- Present oneself professionally and demonstrate clear communication skills.
- Contribute to store profitability.
- Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
- Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Previous experience as a cook or barista preferred
- Possess an outgoing, enthusiastic and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify and use resources to improve overall operations.
- High attention to detail.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Effective listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective organizing and planning skills.
- Food Handler’s certification is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.20 per hour
