**We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and motivated Breathing Air Service Technician (SCBAs and Compressors) to join our team in Abbotsford, BC. This role will also include internal service and rental technician tasks along with onsite service work.**

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Conduct flow test, fit testing, and inspection of breathing air equipment
- Conduct on-site annual inspections of SCBA equipment and Jordair compressors (Service vehicle and tools provided)
- Inspection of Latchways and SRLS
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of all service activities
- Ensure that all rental, demo, and service equipment is in working condition
- Process new and manage on-going service and rental contracts
- Issuing and returning rental equipment
- Diagnostics, calibration, and repair of gas detection equipment.
- On call rotation (includes extra pay)
- Quoting of repairs, rentals, and service requests
- Helping with product preparation on both service and rental orders
- Facilitate rental opportunities and maintain rental equipment
- Filling customer orders
- Ordering, Reconciling, and Maintaining Service Inventory
- Data Entry
- Warranty Claims
- Provide technical support to customers, other service technicians, and inside/outside sales
- Supply instructions for use training on the rental equipment to customers
- Assist in scheduling and organizing out of town service jobs

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted, combined with good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience and knowledge in Gas Detection would be considered an asset
- Current and valid drivers license required
- Multi-Tasking

**Salary**: $3,800.00-$5,000.00 per month
