Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service - Assist with food preparation and handling as needed - Handle cash transactions and process payments - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Qualifications: - Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills - Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques - Strong hospitality and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
