Client Care Assistant - Part-time Position
Position Title: Client Care Assistant
Location: Edmonton
Duration: Part-Time Position
Working Hours: Flexible between Mon-Fri 9am-5pm with a 1/2hr break at noon. Total up to 30 work hrs/week.
Compensation: Hourly wage of $18/hr (with 3 months training/probation period). Future possibility to become a permanent full-time position.

Granger Advertising is Edmonton's premier Commercial Real Estate & Developer Sign provider, serving clients across Northern Alberta since 2005.
Position Summary
We are looking for a competent Client Care Assistant to join our team-oriented company, to provide extraordinary customer service to our clients and assistance within our Client Care department. This position provides support to our Client Care Representatives and reports to our Project Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- Prompt, courteous, willing to help attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills & client service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work tasks
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision and as part of a team
- Drivers license with clean driving record an asset
- Mandarin or Cantonese as a second language an asset
