**YOUR MISSION**

As the Front Desk Supervisor of the establishment, you will be responsible for guiding and fostering the engagement of a team of approximately 20 employees. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be a true ambassador of our values of excellence and warmth, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and strong team cohesion, all while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week), from Tuesday to Saturday.

**YOUR ROLE**
- Lead, inspire, and engage your team in a refined and stimulating environment
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of your team members
- Ensure smooth operations while maintaining unmatched service standards
- Provide a warm welcome, manage appointments efficiently, and ensure a memorable guest experience
- Handle guest complaints and client files with care, empathy, and professionalism
- Work closely with the spa, site operations, restaurant, and maintenance teams to create unforgettable moments
- Embody the company’s values and inspire excellence every day

**YOUR QUALITIES**
- 2 to 3 years of experience in team management in an environment where elegance and service quality are top priorities
- College diploma (DEC) or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written
- Experience in Spa, Hospitality, or Tourism (a major asset)
- Inspiring leadership with the ability to mobilize and motivate a team with great autonomy and initiative
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attentive listening
