We currently have an opportunity for a **MANAGER OF IT SYSTEMS AND AUTOMATION** who is as passionate as we are about championing our clients.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Manage and maintain the firm's IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring their stability, security, and optimal performance.
- Manage, implement and troubleshoot all third-party software used by the firm (ie. QuickBooks, Plooto, Dext, Canopy, etc.).
- Develop and implement strategic plans to automate business processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data by establishing and enforcing appropriate IT policies and procedures.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting as required to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their technological needs and design custom solutions.
- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues, providing technical support to staff members when necessary.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring the cost-effective procurement and maintenance of all IT-related equipment and software.
- Stay abreast of new industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience in IT management, with a specific focus on system automation and process improvements.
- Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure, system architecture, and automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with the specific IT demands and regulatory requirements of the accounting and tax industry would be highly desirable.
- **Requirements**:_
- 5+ years’ experience in IT systems management, preferably in a financial services or accounting firm.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be an advantage.
- **Salary**:_

Commensurate with experience.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
