As an Automotive Sales Professional for Koch Ford Lincoln, you will support the Sales team and strengthen the critical link between our customers and sales initiatives. If you are new to the automotive industry, we offer professional development and training for the right applicant.

**Requirements**:

- Effective communication skills, ability to build and foster relationships with customers
- Experience in creating a positive sales environment while providing excellent customer service
- Results driven attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively with all team members
- Able to follow and commit to the sales process
- Ability to track customer service issues and follow-up
- Understand basic calculations, sales figures, and general understanding of finance

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain a current knowledge of manufacturer products, rebates, financing, leasing and incentive programs
- Be knowledgeable about Ford’s competitors' products and services
- Remain informed on current automotive trends and technology
- Greet and assist any customers who enter the dealership or sales lot in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by listening and asking questions to best understand the customer’s vehicle needs and wants
- Ability to overcome customer objections, close sales and to perform all aspects of the sales process
- Complete daily CRM entries and other administrative duties to effectively maintain current and potential customers

**Required Qualifications**
- Valid Alberta driver’s license
- AMVIC certification or the ability to obtain one
- Criminal background check
