**About you**:
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our growing team in Canada The Customer Success team are the champions of our customers and drive WithYouWithMe’s operational cycle around the customer. The team turn client desires, needs, frictions and challenges into value driven solutions tailored for the customer.

preferably in the Telco, Financial and Defence sectors. Experience with software platform delivery, digital transformation and/or Human Capital Consulting would also be advantageous.

You will be passionate about building the veteran community and be dedicated to helping your clients find new talent pools to explore, by becoming an expert in our industry-leading products and helping your clients access a new way of thinking about their talent. You can adapt and respond to different types of personalities.

This is a permanent, full-time position with the applicant ideally in Ottawa, Ontario.

**Individual Responsibilities**:

- Deliver all customer facing objectives and key results once handed over from the sales or account executive team.
- Facilitate client adoption of the WYWM Potential software and use it to its full capability within their business.
- Facilitate training delivery programs and implementation of the WYWM learning management system within clients undergoing digital upskilling.
- Drive the WYWM Profiling (Aptitude and Psychometric) component as part of their digital transformation journey.
- Coordinate WYWM technical resources to support client requirements as the project dictates.

Ultimately responsible to the Head
- Ultimately responsible to the Head of Customer Success for the successful delivery of client projects and the growth through this good delivery within the customers business area.
- Responsible for excellent customer interaction and relationship building to present WYWM in a positive light and enable the customer to continue using our services.

**What you need to be successful in this role**:

- Ability to swarm across the organisation and meet new decision makers weekly.
- Excellent cross-team management and communication skills.
- Ability to make the client believe in the ‘art of the possible’.
- Build and present client facing decision briefs, insight briefs and project plans to drive speed and adoption by the client.
- Host meetings that drive action and identify opportunities.
- Negotiate deals for growth aligned to business niche (test, train, deploy).
- Executive presence and Digital Transformation expertise.
- Be an authority on the topic Business acumen and understanding applicable to one or more of the following industries technology, government, defence, finance, service integration.
- Ability to integrate the technical SME across the business at the right time for client impact.
- High attention to detail, process, and administrative organisation.
- Desire to help build and grow with a fast-growing SaaS Customer Success team.
