**What You’ll Be Doing**: We’re looking for someone who’s got the energy to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment You’ll be working directly with clients, learning from the best, and making a tangible difference in the residential community.
- **Train & Develop**: You’ll go through team training to master your professional skills in sales, marketing, and consumer relations.
- **Promotion & Campaign Execution**: Help promote and execute face-to-face marketing campaigns that represent top-notch brands.
- **Sales Performance Reporting**: Understand and analyze sales data to deliver success
- **Brand Ambassador**:Be the face of our clients and connect directly with the community.
- **Lead & Train**:Mentor junior representatives and take charge in team meetings—helping others grow along with you.
- What We’re Looking For:_
- At least 18 years of age.
- A driven and motivated individual who thrives in a **sales-oriented environment**.
- Stella verbal **communication skills**—building connections comes naturally to you
- Proven ability to **multitask**like a pro in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM shifts, including some weekends.
- Access to a vehicle is great, but not mandatory—we’ve got company transport

Pay: $55,600.00-$66,450.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday
