We are looking for a
**LEAN Coordinator**
(based in SWEP Slovakia, Kechnec)

**As Lean Coordinator, you will**:

- Implement / perform tasks based on the defined 0DOVER Operational Excellence program
- Drive factory improvement proposals:

- Weekly reviews
- Weekly records in local and global database
- Tracking of best proposals (Kaizen cards)
- Drive and Co-ordinate improvement activities in cooperation with related departments
- Provide decision making support for production (payback, ROI, analyses)
- Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives and variation reduction to enhance the overall effectiveness of manufacturing operations (OEE)
- Provide Value Stream Mapping training, mentoring and support during a realization
- Facilitate 5S
- Act as Layout administrator
- Provide Lean training and mentoring
- Lead the Lean support team
- Purposefulness and systematic thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Independence and self organized in the work
- Flexiblity, initiative, presentation skills
- You are self-starter
- Fluent English in written and verbal form

**You also have**:

- Lean implementation experience - theoretical and practical as well (2 years)
- Experience with leading people and processes
- You understand machines in production factory, organization and production flow
