A service and parts advisor is the first point of contact with our customers. You will assist our clients with vehicle maintenance, repairs, parts and accessories. You will schedule work in our service shop, support our technicians, explain necessary maintenance repairs to customers, and perform various administrative duties to keep our operations running smoothly. At the heart of this role is helping others and ensuring customers and their vehicles are taken care of professionally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Recommend necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Provide parts and accessories to internal and external customers.
- Follow-up with our clients to ensure their satisfaction.
- Assist with receiving parts freight and returning parts.
- Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone, online, or in person.

- Clean driving record
- Canadian Citizen or Landed Immigrant Status

**Salary**: $3,500.00-$4,000.00 per month
