**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate snow plow vehicles to clear snow and ice from roadways and parking areas.
- Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and conducting necessary repairs.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to assist in snow removal operations.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including digging, irrigating, and gardening as required during off-season periods.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed while operating machinery in various weather conditions.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and report any issues to management.

**Qualifications**
- Proven mechanical knowledge with the ability to build and maintain equipment.
- Experience operating snow plow vehicles or similar heavy machinery is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and general maintenance practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license is required; CDL may be preferred depending on the specific role requirements.
- Willingness to work flexible hours during winter storms, including nights and weekends as necessary.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $25.39-$26.40 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 100 per week
