Metal-Tech Industries is a dynamic and diversified Winnipeg Company, supplying custom metal fabrication to all industries from coast to coast. MTI has shown incredible growth since its inception in 1984.

The Food Service Department specializes in designing, specifying, costing, selling, installing, and servicing all types of commercial food service kitchens, including restaurants, hotels, hospitals, care homes, institutions, bars, canteens etc.

In order to expand this busy department, we are looking for an experienced Food Service Contract Salesperson.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design - Be responsible for kitchen design and equipment specifications
- Pricing - Be responsible for pricing of commercial food service equipment - work with our suppliers and our internal fabrication estimating department
- Quotes - Prepare and present quotations to our customers
- Orders - Write up and manage orders, from initial receipt of order, to final delivery and/or installation.
- Job Management - Requires field inspections, meetings and supervision of our installers. At the same time, will be responsible to assemble proper drawings, specification books, manuals, and any other documentation required to see through to completion

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in Food Service Equipment Contract Sales/Design
- Passion for, and commitment to, service, professionalism and integrity
- Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills; both written and oral
- A TEAM player, willing to work with and learn from our experienced staff
- Working knowledge of Windows computer, and strong skills in Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Auto Quotes would be an asset
- AutoCAD skills would be an asset, but not a requirement. We have several AutoCAD technicians on staff to assist
- Be willing and able to work flexible and/or extended hours when required to do so
- Valid driver’s license is required

**Salary**: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year
