We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of residential properties, ensuring that our clients enjoy a spotless environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in various areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, and clean surfaces to a high standard
- Wash windows, clean appliances, and organize spaces as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
- Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for every client

**Qualifications**:

- Previous cleaning experience is a must.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
