**Responsibilities**:

- Perform tire repairs, changes, and installations on commercial trucks, trailers, and off-road equipment
- Conduct routine tire inspections and maintenance
- Operate tire service tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service on-site and in the shop
- Participate in after-hours/on-call rotation for roadside service (if applicable)

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with commercial truck tires (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (Class 5)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Safety-focused and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
