**About the Position**

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a **Commercial Glazing Estimator (Entry Level)**. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in estimating and commercial construction — **no experience is required, and full training will be provided**.

In this role, you will learn how to review drawing packages, complete accurate take-offs, request supplier pricing, and assist with bid preparation and project handover. This position is key to project and company success, with opportunities to grow into Senior Estimator or Project Management roles.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and addenda
- Complete accurate take-offs and quantity breakdowns for:

- Aluminum storefront and curtain wall systems
- Glazing packages and glass assemblies
- Entrance doors and hardware packages
- Prepare glass schedules and material lists
- Request pricing from suppliers/fabricators and compare quotations
- Assist with value-engineering and alternate product solutions
- Support bid summaries and proposal submissions
- Work closely with Project Management during award and hand-off

**Priority Skills (Not Required)**
- **AutoCAD experience**:

- **Estimating or construction background**:

- Experience in glazing, commercial aluminum doors, fabrication, or field glazing

**Training Provided**

We provide hands-on training in:

- Commercial glass systems and hardware
- Reading architectural drawings
- Take-offs and scheduling
- Supplier pricing and materials
- Project handover procedures

**What We’re Looking For**
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Comfortable working with measurements and numbers
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work both independently and in a team environment
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Bluebeam, or similar is an asset)

**Compensation**
- **$22 - $25 per hour**, based on skills and training progress
