Wilkar Property Management Inc - Deposit Clerk Wilkar Property Management Inc. is a property management company situated in Westmount. Established in 2006, we now boast a portfolio of over 100 clients and more than 13,000 doors. Our clients are syndicates of co-ownership, commonly known as "condo associations". There are two main services provided by Wilkar to its clients: operations management and financial management. The operations management includes the building maintenance, both routine and preventative and emergency; the property manager is the "boots on the ground" at the building. The property manager works with the board of directors on projects for the building. The financial management handles all the accounting and reporting. The Accounting Department collects the fees from the co-owners, pays the suppliers,manages the cash flow, and acts as the liaison between the external CPA and the board of directors in the preparation of the annual financial statements. Our industry is, above all, customer service, and our brand at Wilkar is excellence in this customer service. **DEPOSIT CLERK**: - Excellent command of the French and English language (oral - and written) - Strong organizational skills are essential at this level. - Other administrative tasks include shredding scanned cheques after 3 months. - Punctuality in all tasks is required, as they impact other accounting departments, such as the collections module. - Deposit clerk is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours per week. - This position is performed in the office every day, it cannot be performed remotely.
