- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or lifts
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction projects

- Proven experience in one or more of the following skills: basic construction and carpentry, drywall installation, flooring installation, ceiling installation, masonry, caulking, heavy equipment operation, blueprint reading, tile laying
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on the job site
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
