Westdale Machine is currently seeking to hire a full-time employee that will be used in a multifaceted role that will include general labour, shipping/receiving, and material handling activities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- General shop and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inbound and outbound shipments.
- Enter material receipts into company ERP system and file necessary quality documents.
- Material handling, inventory allocation, and general assembly assistance.
- Complete inventory checks and material picks.
- Complete incoming inspection on raw material, hardware and finished goods. Tag and allocate as necessary.
- Packaging, preserving, and crating of high-quality products for shipment to customers.
- Raw material and outside process pickups or drop-offs.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

**SKILLS**
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in as a team or individually.
- Self motivated and displays willingness to learn.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing work environment.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Previous manufacturing and production experience is considered an asset.
- Mechanical aptitude, including knowledge and use of hand tools.
- Valid drivers license.

**BENEFITS**
- Westdale Machine provides a comprehensive compensation package. Total remuneration package includes a competitive hourly pay rate, an extensive medical and dental program, including life insurance, and a defined contribution pension plan with company matched contributions.
- Hourly wage for this role will be between $23-$25/hr
- 5 weeks total paid time off
