We're looking for a driven and customer focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the buying process - from understanding their needs to matching them with the right vehicle and helping them explore financing options. You will play a key role in creating a seamless, pressure-free experience that ears trust and repeat business.

**Responsibilities**
- Understands automobiles, characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Maintaining rapport with previous customers
- Turns customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car.
- Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests
- Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives.
- Demonstrates automobiles by explaining warranties and services.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales and negotiating prices
- Provides sales management information by completing reports.
- Assists with the setup of the showroom and displays.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Automotive Sales Experience Preferred but not required
- Past Customer Service Experience Preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Networking skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer and mobile phone skills

**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record
- Minimum of 5 years as an Automotive Sales Associate

Pay: $45,000.00-$160,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)
