Carleton Place, Canada GUAC Mexi Grill Full time

We operate well-known franchise of Guac Mexi Grill, a Mexican fast food chain having number of franchise stores in Canada. We offer large number of Mexican items including Burritos, Enchiladas, Tacos, Quesadillas, Salads, Nachos, and Taco Bowls during entire day covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner timings. We have thousands of clients coming to purchase different items in combinations of breads, greens, and proteins along with chips, cookies and drinks. We operate for long hours for seven days a week. We are required to manage inventory, health and safety, purchases, sales, marketing, accounts, taxation, and customer satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Supervise and co-ordinate activities to staff who prepare and portion food.
- Ensure food services and quality control. Supervise the sanitation and safety in restaurant.
- Estimate and order the food ingredients required in the restaurant.
- Establish work schedules.
- Supervise the staff in preparing orders.
- Prepare Weekly paperwork and manage the delivery orders.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Communicate changes of food preparations formulas, standards, etc. to staff.

Work Location: 10511 Hwy 7 Unit# 4, Carleton Place, ON K7C 0C4.

Minimum Education Requirement: College diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience Requirement: Over One Year of experience in supervising Mexican fast food restaurant in Canada.

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

- French not required
