**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project timelines.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent and other stakeholders to establish project goals and ensure alignment with overall objectives.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
- Utilize construction management software such as ACC, Site Docs and Bluebeam for project tracking, documentation, and communication.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities accurately.
- Manage construction estimating processes and assist in budgeting for projects.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

**Skills**
- Proficient in construction management software including ACC, Site Docs and Bluebeam.
- Strong supervisory skills with experience leading teams in a construction environment.
- Knowledge of quality control processes within the construction industry.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on building effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
