**Job description**

Joriki Beverages Inc. is a leader in co pack manufacturing for large Consumer Packaged Goods companies in Canada and USA. The Toronto site, located in Scarborough, is one of three in Canada that support the manufacture and distribution of Food Beverages.

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced supply chain planner to join our logistics team. As a supply chain planner, you will be working directly with our plant leadership team to plan materials and supplies and establish short and long term production schedules to meet customer forecasts. You will keep track of inventory, anticipate demand, and plan materials to ensure production continuity.

To be successful as a supply planner, you should be able to review customer long term forecasts and actual orders, plan deliveries within required lead times and maintain suitable stock levels to ensure that there is sufficient inventory for business functions without overcapitalizing on stock that isn't generating income.

The applicant will have experience working with ERP/ MRP tools such as SAP or Business Central, as well as strong skills with Excel and planning tools.

**Daily Role Responsibilities**
- Review customer short and long term forecast and determine inventory levels required to support production needs.
- Develop weekly production plans based on customer orders, inventory levels and material supply.
- Plan materials and sends orders to suppliers based on established lead times to ensure availability
- Improve capacity utilization by effectively balancing product mix and optimizing constraints; review demand and supply to meet customer orders.
- Monitor material supply flow. Identify shortages or bottlenecks in usage
- Identify and resolve problems related to inventory.
- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delays.
- Report production Schedule attainment and keep close eye on production yields.
- Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet completion dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders
- Perform other duties as required.
- Prepare and submit status and performance, variance, reconciliation, and yield reports.

**Background**
- Post-secondary Diploma or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business management or related field preferred

- Experience in MS Office
- Experience in ERP systems & SAP.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in production planning & scheduling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
