**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Prepare and file personal tax (T1) and corporate tax (T2).
- Create and distribute reports, memos, letters, and invoices.
- Maintain filing systems, contact databases, and employee lists.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a structured environment and take initiative.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper and Canadian Tax.
- Experience with payroll processing and related regulations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 17.4 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
