**Job Title**: Operations Analyst

**Status**: Full time, permanent

**Location**: Delta, BC - Head Office

**Job Overview**:
To provide account management support to Alpine Building Maintenance’s Operations Department, focusing on delivering positive outputs, analytics and transition support for our clients. Also providing day-to-day support to the Operations Business Analyst with various tasks, projects, and quality assurance initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily assistance/ administration of Quality Assurance Platform
- Completion of Client Quality Assurance Reports (specialized, client ad-hoc)
- KPI reporting
- Site and cost analysis
- Data entry for client and alpine internal reports
- Transition support for new clients / current client initiatives
- Draft work of Standard Operating Procedures for cleaning and health and safety initiatives
- Training assistance for Operations Initiatives
- Support for the Operations Department with service complaints, budget confirmation, and administrative assistance
- Other job duties assigned by the Operations Business Analyst

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years in an Operations Administrative role or in a similar position
- Degree in Business Administration considered an asset
- Data interpreting experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience - (VLookup, Pivot Tables, IF statements, Creating Tables & Graphs)
- Positive attitude which demonstrates Alpine’s values
- Effective communicator and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to deliver high performance
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to motivate the team to provide a customer focused and responsive service
- Effective team player
